The UK decision to name and shame 16 people banned from entering Britain on ideological grounds got us thinking. What’s the US policy on ideological exclusion? Turns out that it’s not so clean cut. There’s at least one ongoing court case that could have an impact. I’ll have more to post later… but here’s my radio story from today.
